WordPress Dialogues
Terms of Use and Community Rules
These Terms explain how the open WP Dialogues platform works, what users may expect, what users must do, and which risks remain their responsibility.
Plain-language summary
What you should understand before using WP Dialogues
This summary helps you understand the main points. The complete Terms below remain the governing rules.
An open platform
We provide discovery, profile, opportunity, and communication tools. We are not a party to work agreements between users.
Verify before you trust
You must independently assess identity, qualifications, references, scope, price, and suitability before working with anyone.
Protect code and data
Do not share passwords, production secrets, personal data, private client materials, or unrestricted access unless it is necessary and properly protected.
Review AI-assisted work
AI-generated code and advice can be wrong, insecure, incomplete, or subject to third-party rights. Human review is required.
Acceptance and scope
These Terms of Use and Community Rules (the “Terms”) apply to WP Dialogues and the related professional interaction features available through dailyroutinelabs.com (the “Platform”). “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operators of dailyroutinelabs.com. “You” means any visitor, registered member, or other user of the Platform.
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, publishing content, sending a message, uploading a file, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. Additional notices displayed in a specific workflow form part of these Terms for that workflow.
Role of the platform
WP Dialogues is an open professional interaction platform for people interested in WordPress-related work, collaboration, advice, introductions, project handoffs, team formation, and other professional opportunities.
The Platform provides technical tools for discovery and communication. Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, we do not employ users, represent users, act as an agent, broker, staffing company, escrow provider, payment processor, professional adviser, or party to any agreement between users. We do not supervise work or control its scope, price, timing, legality, quality, delivery, or outcome.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding agreements.
- You must provide accurate account and profile information and keep it reasonably current.
- You are responsible for protecting your password, email account, authentication methods, and active sessions.
- You may not sell, transfer, impersonate, or share an account in a misleading way.
- You must promptly notify us through the contact methods published on dailyroutinelabs.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your rights on the platform
Subject to these Terms and available product features, you may create and update a professional profile, publish opportunities, respond to other users, manage visibility, accept or decline invitations, close conversations, block users, report content or conduct, and request review of a moderation decision.
You may decide whether to enter a professional relationship and may stop communicating with another user. You retain the rights you hold in your original content, subject to the limited licence granted below. Mandatory rights provided by applicable law are not waived by these Terms.
Your responsibilities
- Communicate honestly and professionally.
- Publish only information you are permitted to disclose.
- Respect confidentiality, privacy, intellectual property, open-source licences, and contractual restrictions.
- Evaluate other users and the risks of a proposed engagement independently.
- Use suitable written agreements for scope, payment, ownership, confidentiality, maintenance, security, and acceptance criteria.
- Comply with applicable laws, professional obligations, sanctions, export controls, tax rules, and platform restrictions.
Professional engagements, payments, and disputes
Users decide whether and how to work together. Users are solely responsible for due diligence, negotiations, contracts, invoicing, payment methods, refunds, taxes, regulatory obligations, insurance, licences, and resolving disagreements. The Platform does not guarantee payment, delivery, availability, compatibility, business value, or any particular result.
A dialogue, introduction, selection, invitation, profile action, or collaboration confirmation on the Platform does not by itself create employment, partnership, agency, fiduciary, joint-venture, or client–contractor status with the Platform.
AI-generated and AI-assisted work
AI output may be inaccurate, insecure, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or subject to third-party rights.
- Users must review, test, secure, and validate AI-assisted code and recommendations before production use.
- Users must check copyright, trademark, licence, attribution, data-protection, and confidentiality requirements.
- Users must not submit passwords, private keys, production data, private repositories, client information, or other restricted materials to an AI provider without proper authority and safeguards.
- Users should accurately disclose material AI use when it may affect security, ownership, confidentiality, maintenance, or the agreed scope of work.
Files, security, and confidentiality
Private file attachments are intended only for authorised conversation participants and platform administrators acting for support, security, or moderation. Access controls reduce exposure but do not eliminate security risk.
- Do not upload malware, credential stealers, destructive code, unlawful data, or files you are not authorised to share.
- Scan downloads, use backups, test in an isolated environment, apply least-privilege access, and rotate credentials after temporary access.
- Do not treat Platform messages as a substitute for a non-disclosure agreement or a secure secrets-management system.
- You are responsible for obtaining any required consent before sharing personal or client data.
Profile verification and reputation
A verified profile badge means that selected visible professional profile information and an external professional link were reviewed by a Platform administrator. It is not identity certification, a government check, a professional licence, a criminal or financial background check, an endorsement, or a guarantee of future performance.
Reputation indicators and successful collaboration history are based on activity recorded within the Platform, including confirmations made by users. They may be incomplete, subjective, outdated, or affected by information unavailable to us. You must not rely on them as your only due-diligence measure.
User content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you lawfully own. You grant the Platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, transmit, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, improve, and provide the Platform according to your selected visibility settings. For private content, this licence is limited to technical operation, authorised access, safety, support, legal compliance, and enforcement of these Terms.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions required to upload and share your content. You must respect software licences, attribution requirements, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, database rights, and client ownership. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us using the methods published on dailyroutinelabs.com and provide enough information for us to evaluate the report.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use the Platform to:
- commit fraud, impersonate another person, manipulate reputation, or misrepresent qualifications, authority, work, or results;
- harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate against, stalk, dox, or abuse another person;
- publish unlawful, defamatory, privacy-invasive, sexually exploitative, hateful, or rights-infringing material;
- send spam, deceptive promotions, pyramid schemes, or irrelevant automated messages;
- upload malware, exploit code, stolen credentials, or content designed to damage systems or evade security controls;
- scrape, harvest, reverse engineer, overload, probe, bypass access controls, or automate use without permission;
- use information obtained through the Platform for unauthorised surveillance, profiling, reselling, or recruitment databases;
- encourage another person to violate these Terms or applicable law.
Safety, reporting, and moderation
Users may block another user and report content, messages, files, profiles, or conduct using available Platform tools. Reports should be made honestly and include relevant context. The Platform is not an emergency service. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local authorities.
We may investigate, preserve evidence, restrict visibility, remove content, pause communication, close a dialogue, reject verification, limit features, suspend an account, or report conduct to authorities when we reasonably believe it is necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, or enforcement. We may consider context, severity, recurrence, evidence, user history, and risk. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will provide a reason and a way to request review. We may decline abusive, repetitive, fraudulent, or unsupported requests.
Privacy and communications
The Platform processes account information, professional profile data, opportunities, messages, files, security records, reports, verification information, and collaboration history to provide and protect the service. Visibility settings control ordinary user access but do not prevent authorised administrative access for operation, security, moderation, legal compliance, and support.
Additional information about data processing, retention, and available privacy rights will be provided in the Privacy Policy published on dailyroutinelabs.com.
We may send service communications that are necessary for account security, verification, invitations, private conversations, moderation, and changes to the service or these Terms. Optional communications may be controlled through available settings or unsubscribe mechanisms.
Third-party services and service availability
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, repositories, payment services, AI providers, hosting companies, communication tools, or other external services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy, terms, or conduct. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms.
We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or free from data loss. Planned or emergency maintenance, security events, third-party failures, legal requirements, and events outside our reasonable control may affect availability.
Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, SECURITY, AVAILABILITY, AND PROFESSIONAL RESULTS.
WE DO NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE ANY USER’S IDENTITY, QUALIFICATIONS, AUTHORITY, CONDUCT, AVAILABILITY, PAYMENT, WORK PRODUCT, CODE, FILES, ADVICE, OR COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. YOU USE USER-PROVIDED CONTENT, FILES, CODE, LINKS, AND RECOMMENDATIONS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform and its operators, contributors, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for user conduct; failed, delayed, or disputed engagements; non-payment; lost profits, revenue, business, goodwill, opportunities, or data; security incidents caused by user-provided access, files, code, or instructions; intellectual-property claims; or indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Platform or these Terms will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid directly to the Platform for the relevant service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability or mandatory user right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some provisions may not apply to you.
Suspension, termination, and survival
You may stop using the Platform at any time. Available account controls may allow you to close an account or request deletion, subject to security, legal, dispute, backup, and record-retention requirements.
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a violation, safety risk, security incident, legal requirement, prolonged inactivity, abuse of resources, or discontinuation of the service. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including intellectual-property provisions, disclaimers, liability limitations, dispute provisions, and obligations relating to prior conduct—survive termination.
Applicable law and disputes
These Terms apply worldwide. They are governed by the laws applicable to the operation of the Platform, without regard to conflict-of-law principles where permitted. Any dispute will be heard by a court or authority with lawful jurisdiction. Mandatory protections and rights available to you under applicable law remain unaffected.
Before starting formal proceedings, you should contact us through the contact methods published on dailyroutinelabs.com, describe the issue, and allow a reasonable opportunity to respond, unless urgent relief or applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes, severability, and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect service changes, new risks, legal requirements, or operational needs. The current version and effective date will be published on this page. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes through the Platform or available account contact information. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms means acceptance where permitted by law.
If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
Questions, legal notices, privacy requests, intellectual-property notices, and moderation appeals may be submitted using the contact methods published on dailyroutinelabs.com.
