Twice this week I opened a reply from the notification menu, read the full discussion, and then returned to the workspace with the unread counter still visible. Refreshing the page cleared it once; the second time I had to open the Notifications page before the counter disappeared. It seems to happen when the discussion link opens in a new tab. This is not blocking, but it makes me think there is another reply I have not read.
