Small digital experiments in how we feel, hope, and live in the AI era

About Daily Routine Labs

The human side of
the AI era.

Small digital experiments in how we feel, hope, and live.

Come inside

Everyday life is already full of experiments.

Most of life is made of small things: a mood that changes before lunch, a habit you keep meaning to break, a wish you almost don’t say aloud, or a thought about who you might become.

Daily Routine Labs makes small digital experiments in how we feel, hope, and live while AI changes the world around us. Some are reflective. Some are playful. Some involve mood, memory, chance, or the future.

We use the word lab playfully. Nothing here is designed to optimize you, score your life, or tell you how to live. We simply take one small part of everyday life, give it a little attention, and see what happens.

Small enough to try.
Human enough to remember.

01

Begin with one small question.

Not a personality test. Not a twelve-step system. Just a thought worth pausing for.

02

Make a little room for feeling.

A mood, a doodle, a wish, a possibility. Feelings can be noticed without being measured, fixed, or turned into a score.

03

Leave with something small.

A smile, a thought, a note for later — never another dashboard asking for your attention.

Three experiments.
More questions to come.

Some experiments last a minute.
One of them takes three years.

The next experiment is still a question mark.

There is room on the table.

Come in. Try something small.

You might leave with a lighter mood, a thought for tomorrow — or a hello waiting three years away.
