Begin with one small question.
Not a personality test. Not a twelve-step system. Just a thought worth pausing for.
About Daily Routine Labs
Small digital experiments in how we feel, hope, and live.
Come insideWhy a lab?
Most of life is made of small things: a mood that changes before lunch, a habit you keep meaning to break, a wish you almost don’t say aloud, or a thought about who you might become.
Daily Routine Labs makes small digital experiments in how we feel, hope, and live while AI changes the world around us. Some are reflective. Some are playful. Some involve mood, memory, chance, or the future.
We use the word lab playfully. Nothing here is designed to optimize you, score your life, or tell you how to live. We simply take one small part of everyday life, give it a little attention, and see what happens.
Our very unofficial method
Not a personality test. Not a twelve-step system. Just a thought worth pausing for.
A mood, a doodle, a wish, a possibility. Feelings can be noticed without being measured, fixed, or turned into a score.
A smile, a thought, a note for later — never another dashboard asking for your attention.

Some experiments last a minute.
One of them takes three years.
Write three short answers, add a mood and a doodle, and let your note return to you in three years.
Visit the wall ↗Write down a wish, give it a spin, and let a little chance answer back. Nothing is stored.
Make a wish ↗Save the thing you’re building as it is today. In one year, we’ll send it back and ask what happened.
Visit the startup wall ↗No lab coat required
You might leave with a lighter mood, a thought for tomorrow — or a hello waiting three years away.
