Inside WordPress, administrators can inspect visual click maps, page-level behavior, sessions, pageviews, time on page, devices, referrals, and popular pages. Tracking controls include supported post types, excluded IP addresses, batching, delays, compression, and cleanup options.
Aggregated insights reach Mission Control
Professional Plus and Agency Plus plans add a User Behavior view in the external dashboard. It summarizes sessions, pageviews, average time, scroll depth, CTA clicks, clicks per view, device mix, top pages, and tracked search or social referrals across 7-, 30-, or 90-day periods. The dashboard receives aggregate summaries rather than raw visitor trails.
AI-assisted observations use the available sample and data-quality indicators to suggest practical opportunities. A high-traffic service page with shallow mobile scrolling might lead to a test that moves the value proposition and CTA higher. Weak interaction from one referral source might prompt a closer review of message alignment.
